Faisal Muqaddam
Faisal Muqaddam ist psycho-spiritueller Lehrer und der Gründer der Diamond Logos Teachings.
Er ist 1946 in Kuwait geboren und lebt in Kalifornien / USA. 1981 begann er im Mittleren Osten und den USA zu unterrichten, und seit 1997 auch in Deutschland, Italien und Dänemark.
Sein Erfahrungshintergrund umfasst unter anderem eine Ausbildung zum Reich’schen Körpertherapeuten bei Dr. Philipp Curcurutu in Kalifornien, und das Studium bei verschiedenen psycho-spirituellen Lehrern wie Tulku Rinpoche, Dr. Claudio Naranjo, sowie Lehrern des Sufi Ordens im mittleren Osten.

Floriane Usener
Seniorlehrerin
Heilpraktikerin und Psychotherapeutin (HPG). Sie ist ausgebildet in Traumatherapie (Somatic Experiencing, EMDR), Gestalt-Kunst- und Atemtherapie, sowie in östlichen und westlichen Meditationsmethoden und war seit 1976 sowohl in klinischen Einrichtungen für Psychosomatik und Suchtkrankheiten als auch in eigener Praxis in München tätig. Neben ihrer Praxistätigkeit leitet sie Diamond Logos Gruppen und Diamond Logos Lehrer-Trainings in Deutschland.
Floriane arbeitet mit Faisal seit 1997, und ist seit 2003 Lehrerin der Diamond Logos Lehren.

Najma Neuhoff
Seniorlehrerin
Najma arbeitet seit 1988 als Körpertherapeutin und seit 1998 als körperorientierte Psychotherapeutin (HPG) in eigener Praxis in Berlin. Mehrere Jahre Studium der Psychologie, 1984 Abbruch des Studiums und Hinwendung zu Meditation und körperorientierten Therapiemethoden. Umfassende Fort- und Ausbildungen sowie Eigenarbeit in verschiedensten Methoden der Körperarbeit, der Humanistischen Psychotherapie und der Meditation. Anerkannte Therapeutin des "Institutes for Craniosacral Balancing©Schweiz", und anerkannte Traumatherapeutin der "Foundation for Human Enrichment©, USA", speziell Bindungstrauma. In der Arbeit mit Faisal seit 2004, seit 2010 Diamond Logos Lehrerin. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt in der Integration von ressourcenorientierter Traumatherapie und spirituell ausgerichteter Arbeit.
Kamadevi M. S. Scheuffele
Lehrerin
Gesundheitspraktikerin DGAM, freischaffende Künstlerin, Gründerin von Divine -
Alignment by Ma Prem Kamadevi ®. Einzelhandelskauffrau, Ausbildung Schauspielschule.
Seit 1986 mit Osho. Lernte, lebte und arbeitete mehrere Jahre im Esalen Institute,California, sowie viele Jahre weltweit in Osho Centern, verschiedene Körper- und Energiearbeiten und Methoden, wie Gestalt- u. Traumgestalt, Biodrama, Psychodrama, Schamanen, -Sufi-, u. Zentraditionen, transformative Bewusstseinsarbeiten, Ausdrucksmalerei und Malerei. Jahre Lehrerin an Osho Ko Hsuan School. Seit 1994 Einzelarbeit, Gruppen und Trainings. Seit 2000 auch in eigener Praxis/ Center/ Atelier in Ulm. 2001 begann sie mit der Diamond Logos Arbeit, seit 2002 trainiert von Faisal und seit 2004 im Senior Lehrer Training mit
Faisal.

Kirsten Tofahrn (Yoko)
Lehrerin
Diplom-Kunsttherapeutin, Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie und Achtsamkeitslehrerin in Köln. Ausgebildet in verschiedenen Therapiemethoden und achtsamkeitsbasierten Interventionen (MBSR/MBCT/MSC), gibt sie regelmäßige Meditationskurse, Stressbewältigungs- und Selbstmitgefühls-Trainings, und entwickelt eigene Seminare für das Zentrum in Köln, für Firmen und Universitäten. Persönlich und beruflich ist sie immer schon fasziniert gewesen von dem Zusammenwirken von Meditation, Spiritualität und Psychologie. Der Diamond Logos Weg ist für sie die kompletteste und feinste Vereinigung dieser Perspektiven.
Kirsten ist seit 2010 in der Diamond Logos Arbeit und begann 2015 mit ihrer Ausbildung zur Diamond Logos Lehrerin bei Floriane und Faisal. Sie integriert die Diamond Logos Lehren sowohl in ihre Einzelarbeit, als auch in Gruppen und Vorträge.

Neuer Lehrer
Geleitet von seiner eigenen Suche begann er seinen Weg als Dipl.-Organisationspsychologe im Bereich der Personalentwicklung. Seit 2007 arbeitet er als Psychotherapeut (HeilprG) in eigener Praxis sowie als Ausbilder für Integrative Therapie.
Sein therapeutischer Ansatz vereint Ausbildungen in Gestalttherapie, Tiefenpsychologie und körperorientierter Traumatherapie mit Einsichten aus dem Buddhismus und der Zen-Meditation. Daraus entwickelte sich ein Weg, der östliche Weisheitslehren mit westlicher Psychotherapie verbindet.
Seit 2010 findet diese Verbindung eine tiefere Dimension in den Diamond Logos Lehren, die er als einen Herzensweg erlebt – einen spirituellen Pfad, der unsere menschliche Erfahrung auf dieser Welt umfasst und bereichert.
Seit 2015 befindet er sich im Training zum Diamond Logos Lehrer bei Floriane und Faisal.

Andrea Bracher-Flury
Neue Lehrerin
Craniosacral Therapeutin und Eidg. dipl. KomplementärTherapeutin. Arbeit mit frühen Prägungen und Entwicklungstraumata, eigene Praxis in Bern und Winterthur, CH.
Seit 2007 als Assistentin, Supervisorin und Mentorin in der Aus- und Weiterbildung am International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing® tätig.
Mit dem Eintauchen in die Craniosacrale Biodynamik 2003 eröffnete sich ihr ein Weg, der den Körper als Ausdruck der Seele und deren essenziellen Qualitäten betrachtet und wieder erlebbar werden lässt. Aufgrund dieser Ausrichtung begann sie 2006 mit den Diamond Logos Lehren sowohl am ICSB als auch direkt mit Faisal sowie deutschen Lehrern.
In der Folge erwuchs in ihr der Wunsch, diese wunderbare Arbeit auch mit Menschen ausserhalb des Gesundheitswesens zu teilen. Seit 2016 ist sie im Lehrer Training bei Floriane und Faisal.
Nachruf
Unsere Kollegin und Weggefährtin Rani Willems ist am 03.Dezember 2025 gestorben. Sie selbst war vorbereitet und sehr einverstanden damit, ihren Körper zu verlassen, doch für uns war es viel zu früh.
Wir erinnern eine Lehrerin, die mit Liebe, Leidenschaft und einem ganz besonderen Sinn für Humor die Diamond Logos Lehren übermittelt hat. Stets begegnete sie den Menschen mit wahrhaftiger Menschlichkeit und urteilsfrei. Dass sie ihr Wissen aus eigener innerer Erforschung und gelebter Erfahrung schöpfte, war immer wieder spürbar.
Mit ihr hatten wir eine Kollegin, die großzügig, zuverlässig und auch äußerst schnell war. So manches Mal kamen wir mit ihrem Tempo nicht mit und baten sie um eine Atempause, die sie lachend annahm.
Besonders in den letzten Jahren hat sie unschätzbare Beiträge geleistet, um die Diamond Logos Lehren zu bewahren ,und sie auch zukünftig für viele Menschen zugänglich zu machen.
Wir vermissen Rani und werden stets für sie einen besonderen Platz in unserem Herzen bewahren.

Diamond Logos® Teachers

Purpose of the Code of Ethics
This Code of Ethics lays down the ethical principles essential to maintain in teaching and
practice of the Diamond Logos® Teachings.
Ethical principles are based on well-founded standards, virtues, obligations and benefits for
the work, the teachers and students of Diamond Logos® Teachings.
They are designed to give a frame in which cooperation among teachers and the relationship
between teacher and students can happen in a harmonious and ethical way. To safeguard
these principles, a Committee of Ethics has been established by the Diamond Logos®
Association.
Functioning of the Committee of Ethics
The committee for ethics meets regularly, to review and discuss any matters concerning the
ethics of the Diamond Logos® Association, their teachers and students.
If ethical conflicts arise between teachers or teachers and students that cannot be resolved
by mutual consent, clarification and advice can be asked from the Committee of Ethics of the
Diamond Logos® Academy. The committee will be available to mediate ethical conflicts with
the guidance of Faisal Muqaddam.
The guidelines for the Committee are set by the Code of Ethics as follows:
General Principles and guidelines for teachers
- Contributing to the expansion of DLT ethically and individually in their own way.
- Being aware of the responsibility in transmitting and teaching DL on the level of the
Being and the Soul.
- Maintaining objectivity and cultivating Diamond Body with awareness towards own
narcissistic need.
- Having regular supervision with Faisal or senior teacher.
- Having an ongoing commitment to improve their professional knowledge and skills.
- Being committed to their own personal development as an ongoing student and teacher
on the Diamond Logos® Teachings.
- Maintaining a program of self-development, including attending the Teacher’s Training
each year (unless unable to attend due to unexpected circumstances).
- Taking care of their own health and psychic stability in order to be able to take care of
their students.
- Transmitting of essential qualities through understanding, personal experience and
embodiment.
- Practicing within the limit of their knowledge and skills and not teaching anything for
which they are not competent or qualified. If this occurs, the teacher reserves the right to
refer the student to an appropriate teacher/therapist.
- The teachers also reserve the right not to work with certain topics where they have
judgement, prejudice or own limitations.
- Teaching according to the Diamond Logos® principles as taught by Faisal Muqaddam.
- When using material from other traditions or authors, the sources need to be referred to.
- Teachers recognize the need to refer a student to another teacher, when necessary
(e.g. unable to establish a rapport of trust or empathy or reaching one’s own limitations
in capacity).
Principles and guidelines towards professional practice
- Professional relationship is conducted in a spirit of mutual respect. This includes the
respect of the student’s culture, social and religious background and gender identity.
- All communication between teachers about student is held on a professional basis thus
respectful of confidentiality (see “guidelines of confidentiality”).
- Respect and transparency towards other teachers concerning the areas of teaching
activities.
- A teacher does not undertake a professional relationship with a client known to be under
the care of another Diamond Logos® teacher without mutual consent. This also applies
to professional relationships with teachers/therapists from other fields.
- A teacher restrains charging unreasonable fees or undervaluing the work by proposing
discounted prices. Each teacher sets the fees according to the current practice of their
country. However, the teacher can offer discount according to the financial situation of
the student if needed.
- Teachers will be aware of not using titles for which they are not appropriately qualified.
- A teacher will promote DLT in a truthful and accurate manner in any brochure,
advertisement or website, using the DL Logo.
- Teachers commit that all privacy of personal data is handled according to the data
protection law of the country they are teaching in.
- Putting safety and well-being of students on the level of Being and Soul and overall
human functioning first.
- To safeguard the student’s wellbeing, the teachers reserve the right to question the
student’s continuation of participation.
- Teaching to benefit of students as the highest priority.
- Maintaining and developing trust between students and ourselves as their teachers.
- Respecting the student’s ultimate freedom on their path and their advancement.
- Confidentiality is fundamental in keeping the trust. Teachers respect confidentiality of
anything they learn from students (see “guidelines of confidentiality”).
- The teacher is obliged for maintaining and establishing proper boundaries in relationship
with students (such as abuse of power, sexual and emotional misconduct)
- Before initiating any professional relationship with a student, the teacher gives all
general information about the DL process and points out that this process does not
replace medical consultations, psychotherapy or treatment for psychopathology.
Guidelines of confidentiality
- Teachers keeps any personal information that they learned or recorded confidential and
keep the opinion they formed in the course of practice and teachings to himself.
- By keeping it properly secured, teachers ensure that confidential information about any
student, for which they are responsible (e.g. any written or recorded records), is
protected.
- Any recordings or filming of a session or group is done only with the consent of the
student/students.
- Individual case presentation in training and/or group supervision are only to be
presented with the consent of the student.
- In individual supervision the teacher presents the case without requiring the permission
of the student and without mentioning names.
